Highly active, simple to use and quick to clear. Sufficient for up to 5 gallons.

To ensure clear beer

• Add to beer after fermentation. Then stir gently and leave to stand for 2 days before bottling or barrelling.
• Allow 2-3 weeks for carbonation.

 

Fining Facts: An additive that can be added near the completion of the brewing process. Finings can be added to a barrel of beer to both improve the clarity and adjust the aroma and flavour. Their purpose is for removal of organic compounds;
