Easy to make and what a great ale......already making the second batch, great flavour and colour, highly recommend :)

Very continental flavour -Not too dry, like a slightly fruity german lager, not sweet but a fairly complex flavour. A "grown up" lager for sure. Gassiness was perfect, following the kit instructions. Made up with beer enhancer and bottled for 6 weeks before drinking. Cleared well in the bottle (1 litre PET), though a little yeast sediment carried over and could be disturbed. Just like a premium "live" beer really. On the strong side, guessing 5-6% (I broke my hydrometer so couldn't measure the SG).
