Secondary Fermenting Tank
Here's a beer (or wine) fermenting tank with a capacity of
twenty five litres. You'll find this ideal for secondary fermenting
of your brew before you transfer into a barrel.
The reason for secondary fermentation is that it removes the
beer from the dead yeast in the bottom of your beer brewing
bin. The consequence of this is that you'll get a smoother flavour.

The tank has a wide neck to help cleaning. A bung and airlock
are included to ensure your beer stays fresh.
