Spraymalt - Dark 500g

Spray dried into a soluble fine powder. Manufactured using only the best premium malts. Spraymalts are an ideal addition to any beer recipe. When you add extra malt sugars you obtain a delicious malt flavour.

You can use spraymalt instead of sugar to prime any beer when it's in the barrel. It can be used as a direct sugar replacement. It will help the beer retain its head better than using sugar and increases the flavour to the beer. Generally speaking dark malts are for stouts and dark beers, while medium malts are for bitters and medium colour beers. Light spraymalts are intended for light ales and lagers.

It's a very moist material and as such dissolves easily and quickly. Best stored in an air tight container.
