A full-bodied pale amber beer
with the rich flavour of Dundee cake. A nice winter ale
that has a lovely dark oak colour and a nice hoppy complex

Sultana fruitiness that's balanced by a hoppy bitterness,
giving it a full, but light feel.
The finish extends to develop into a mellow warm glow.

Very malty, flowery, perfumey ale with some bitterness in
the finish. Raisins and pear drops give it a quality that is
very much like the 'classic bottled beers'. Clings well
to the side of the glass, very smooth homebrew.
